A colourful upper- and lowercase alphabet

This alphabet is created by digitally weaving together different directions, using as building blocks direction signs in their simplest form. (You know, the ones from treasure hunting, that you can’t sabotage by giving them a quick spin. ;) 
It’s a metaphor, a way of looking at identity as a weaving together of ones experiences, as roads taken and roads yet to explore.
